security system. Other activities included comprehensive program management,

Certification & Accreditation (C&A) testing, operator and maintenance
training, full system warranty repair, and continuous product improvement for
one year after system acceptance and turnover.
Was responsible for maintenance of an
integrated multi-phase schedule documented to three WBS levels, and defining
tasks, durations, percent completes, start dates, finish dates, critical
paths, predecessors, and resources for all major tasks and for each access
control door, CCTV camera, and Call-for Assistance unit. Additionally
responsible for development and maintenance of the Project Spending Plan containing
the projected weekly labor and ODCs (i.e. travel, etc.) estimate for all SOW
Tasks to be accomplished during that week for the duration of the Task Order
period of performance, resulting in an overall project budget. This MS
Project Schedule and Project Spending Plan were updated with actual costs on
a biweekly basis and discrepancies between projected costs and actual costs
shall be annotated and explained in detail in an associated Earned Value
Management Analysis, with detailed task-by-task actual costs, actual cost of
work performed (ACWP), cost variance (CV), budged cost of work performed
(BCWP), and schedule variance (SV).
Additional duties included support in
the development of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates for various
requested change orders; development and tracking of purchase orders for both
open market and GSA access control, installation infrastructure, and CCTV
equipment; and development and presentation / submission of Quarterly Program
